1. No Refunds on Donations
Since ISLAMICAGE is a platform supported by voluntary donations (Sadaqah) and we do not shell any physical or digital products, all donations made are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it is immediately allocated towards the maintenance and growth of our platform.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions
In the event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate transaction or if an incorrect amount was entered due to a system glitch, you may contact us. We will review the case, and if verified, we will process a refund back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
3. Cancellation Policy
As we do not offer subscription-based services or physical products, there are no "orders" to cancel. However, if you are a regular donor and wish to stop your support, you can simply stop making further voluntary contributions at any time.
4. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds for erroneous transactions will be processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay) and will typically reflect in your bank account or original payment instrument within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's policy.
